Warm Days and Carolina Skies
Hello Beloved!
We're a few days from summer and we are fully enjoying these warm days and Carolina skies. I've cut back here on Beloved and other obligations to make more uninterrupted time with my babies who are really not babies. All the more reason for me to relish in this summer before baby girl goes to Kindergarten and baby boy starts part-time pre-K.
You read that right. Both kids in school! I'll save my praise dance for this September. But as happy as I'll be, I know I'll miss this season when it's gone. The days are long, the house is perpetually loud and messy, and I'm constantly trying to figure out what to feed my people. And I wouldn't have it any other way. I've learned one of the quickest ways to experience the peace of God is to accept the season He's called you to.
So that's what I'm up to, in case you were wondering. Though this season looks different God is still present in the midst of it all. Recently He reminded me of a very important truth when life gets challenging. I'm over on Grit & Virtue today writing on "Is Your Breakthrough in the Deep Waters".
